Salaries
$ burn uses a default of $100,000/year until you set a total comp value. Hourly = total comp / 1950 annual work hours. Updates apply only to future meetings (past meetings keep the rate at the time they happened). Change the default in Company settings.

Set a $ rate for confirmed-external attendees (outside your org's domain) so their burn is accurate instead of using the default total comp. Rows are added automatically from meetings they've attended, or use "Add external participant".

Meeting Timeliness
Who's frequently late to meetings. Arriving on time (or early) is the baseline (+0). Late arrivals add +minutes: joining 3 minutes late scores +3 for that meeting. A user's average is total late minutes ÷ meetings measured. Only meetings matched to a Calendar event with a scheduled start are scored — ad-hoc Meets aren't.

Scheduled vs Actual Meeting Time
Compares the time blocked on the calendar with the time each person actually spent in the Meet. Under 100% means meetings run shorter than booked (calendar time you could reclaim); over 100% means they run past their slot.

Cumulative Savings vs Initial Month
Month-over-month running total of meeting time and $ saved, measured against your first full month of tracking as the baseline. A month where the org spent less than that baseline adds to the cumulative savings.

Meeting Productivity
Participants rate their own meetings thumbs up or down from Meeting History. A meeting counts as productive when more people rated it up than down. Individual votes are never shown to anyone, and a meeting only appears here once enough of its participants have voted.

Weekly percentage of rated meetings that participants judged productive. Weeks are measured Monday to Sunday. The dashed line shows what share of ratable meetings actually received ratings, so a swing in the trend can be read against how many people were voting that week.

Sync Google Meet transcript text
Copies the text of Google Meet transcripts (when a meeting was transcribed in Meet) into Fire Meetings for talk-time and engagement analytics. Off by default; attendance and meeting metadata are tracked either way.
Display burn in
How $ burn is shown to participants in the side panel + main stage. Flames hides the exact dollar figure and instead fills the Fire Meetings flame as the meeting’s cost climbs toward one hour of everyone in it — so the room feels the scale without seeing a number.

Org-wide tracking setup (advanced)
Most organizations get this automatically when their Workspace admin installs Fire Meetings from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Use this if you'd rather configure Domain-Wide Delegation yourself in Google Admin Console — once enabled, every Meet in your organization is tracked automatically, even when no participant runs the Fire Meetings add-on.
Admin management
Add Fire Meetings admins from your domain. Workspace admin status is shown as a badge but does not auto-grant access — only Owners can promote new admins. Use the pencil next to an admin to change their role, transfer Primary Ownership, or remove them.
